“LE MODA 2011” LEATHER DESIGN CONTEST
In 2011, IDF will host again, Le Moda Leather Design Contest.
"Le Moda 2011", the 2nd Le Moda Leather Design Contest undertakes important missions in encouraging new and original designs, bringing up young designers, and reinforcing the collaboration between the industry and educational institutions.
The finals of "Le Moda 2011", with a finalists' exhibiton and coctail, will take place during Istanbul Leather Fair, organized by Tüyap Fairs and Exhibitions Organization Inc. in cooperation with Artı-F Organization Inc., under the support of Turkish Leather Foundation (TÜRDEV), between January 18th and 20th, 2011 in TÜYAP Beylikdüzü, Fair, Congress and
Convention Center.
CONTEST'S GOALS:
Promoting original designs as a means to strengthening the leather and fur garments industry in the competitive world of global brands; encouraging young designers and bringing in their novelty and talent into the sector; reinforcing the collaboration between the Turkish leather and leather-fur garments industry and the educational institutions.
ORGANIZORS:
TÜRDEV, TDKD, TÜYAP, ARTI-F.
The event will be carried out by a committee assigned by above mentioned organizations.
